David Venable has written three devotional books for Christians who want to deepen their walk with God. His most recent book "Living by Faith" was written over a two-year period as he orally delivered the devotions weekly to his church in Newberg, Oregon. With his wife, Linda, and three children, David spent 15 years as a teacher and administrator at Faith Academy, a school for missionary children, in Manila, Philippines. He has been an Air Force Navigator, a teacher, a principal, a database manager, and a landlord as well as an author.
