Not the best in this series, and not the worst. This book starts off slowly. Things start happening towards the last 1/3 of the book, everything happens quickly. Interesting end.
The beginning of volume 10 was very, very sad and depressing. I had conveniently forgotten how volume 9 had ended and that a favorite character of mine had been destroyed.
