Goodreads Synopsis: Some secrets shouldn't be kept...Up until three months ago, everything in sixteen-year-old Camelia's life had been fairly ordinary: decent grades; an okay relationship with her parents; and a pretty cool part-time job at the art studio downtown. But when Ben, the mysterious new g...

This wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great, either. Camille is annoying in a lot of ways, and she never really gets better. She is socially awkward in the most obnoxious way--she's extremely self-centered and it causes her to miss all sorts of things that are obviously going wrong in other people's...

4 stars. To be honest, when I was searching for a mystery, and ended up picking up Deadly Little Secret, it was with hesitance and skepticism. I figured the book would be a normal three stars — nothing memorable — or even two stars — bleh — but Deadly Little Secret ended up surpassing all my expecta...

LolEdit: review to come.Edit: Disclaimer: Snark and gifsThe fact that the beginning of this book was literally like Twilight made me...

I have not had good luck with books this week. After abandoning one (though its technically still on pause for now.), this one came up in my library hold queue and I dove in. Wasn't long, unfortunately, before I wanted to dive right back out again. It wasn't a long, overly wordy story, though, and I ...

Camelia was just your normal sixteen year old girl, until her life is saved one day by a mysterious boy who pushes her out of the way of a wayward vehicle. After accidently touching Camelia’s stomach, he flees without hearing her apology. Three months later, the dark, mysterious boy enrols in her Hi...

What a disappointment. The idea seems a good one but there is no depth behind it, the author whizzes through the story, she kind of ish touches on other characters stories but not really. Even the main characters barely get any depth to them. I will not be buying the rest in the series.

The beginning was good, the middle was muddled and the ending fell flat. The characters wasn't developed enough for me. I'm sure this has to do with the fact this series has more than 4 books in it. I will keep going.
