I absolutely LOVED this book!!!!! (I didn't know Kristen Stewart could show emotion!!) I just loved this book SOOOOOOO much and I can just go on and on about how Ms. Habel is an amazing author. At the end of the first book, it seems like everything ends well and is OK, but it's NOT!! A ...

Wow, that went south in a hurry. There are some books that should never be sequels, and this one is a good example. The plot is basically "Dearly, Departed goes on". There is no significant movement. Several more viewpoint characters are added and while they do have some good points, most of them so...

Blue Ribbon Rating: 3 out of 5Original Review LinkEver since the news that zombies exist was revealed, the people of New Victoria have been divided on whether or not the undead should be allowed to live. Nora Dearly falls into the zombie supporter camp — which wouldn’t be a surprise even if the lov...

I love Bram and Nora. They are one of the best couples I have ever read about.Unlike other books the author did not introduce any relationship problems in this sequel.I feel somewhat sorry for Michael and Vesperentine.

Zombies in a modern Renaissance Era? Yes, please! I had amazingly high hopes for this book since the first one exceeded what I thought it would be. Sadly, this book did not meet them. I thought the book was told from way too many perspectives. I would have liked to have just Bram and Nora's perspect...

The zombie love story continues in this second book of this series. The world has taken on a adjustment phase in where there are people trying to cope with what happened and those that want to change it back by any means necessary. Within this there is different factions of the living and the dead t...

I enjoyed Dearly, Beloved a bit more than Dearly, Departed. I will admit that I'm still grossed out by Nora and Bram's relationship. I can't get past the fact that he is slowly rotting. That being said, I do enjoy both of their characters. I am really enjoying Lia Habel's writing style, even though ...

I loved Dearly, Beloved and thought it was an excellent sequel to one of my favorite series. I really loved the first book in this series so I had high expectations going into this book. What I love so much about this series is the world that Habel creates. The zombies who are still capable of contr...

*Genre* Dystopian/Steampunk*Rating* 2.5-3.0*Full review shortly*Probably would have liked this story much much more had there not been 6 seperate POV's. Some of the points of view were unnecessary in my humble opinion. It's a good thing that Bram is one of the main character, otherwise, I would drop...
