Sarah is passionate about all things food and after many years of home baking and teaching herself various cooking techniques, she trained as a professional chef becoming Head Pastry Chef in a large restaurant.
Her love of home baking has now been taken to a new level from her experience of working in the fast paced and pressurised environment of professional kitchens.
She lives in rural Essex in the United Kingdom.
