This was my favorite in the Guardian series to date. I continue to enjoy the worldbuilding, and seeing the characters from the previous stories, but there was something truly special about the story of Irina and Alejandro spanning over 400 years.

Another winner from Meljean Brook. It dragged a little in the middle, but the end took me totally by surprise. The characters were everything I expected of them, though I'll be curious to see where some newly introduced ones are headed.Overall? It was amazing.
