Of all the books in IAD series, I had the least expectations of Demon from the Dark. Carrow had only shortly appeared beforehand – or had even just been mentioned as Mariketa’s friend – so I didn’t feel the need to learn her story, and Malkom hadn’t even been mentioned before, so I didn’t expect any...

Not gonna lie. I went in to this thinking it would be exactly like the others - and I was ok with that - but this was so much better. My favorite in the series, I think. Malkom is extremely well-written and while I didn't like Carrow (I mean, really, do I ever like the females?) I did love just abou...

I was so excited when I first started seeing some of the books on audio. I was even more excited when I listened to the first book...

Pretty entertaining. Liked the hero and the surrounding story was really good. Malkom was a tortured, moody without too much speaking kinda hero. Totally floated my boat and Carrow was pretty cool too. Definitely enjoyed it way more than last book. 4 and a half stars.Re read 2013. Super cool.

At first glance, I was a bit peeved with Demon from the Dark, Kresley Cole’s (KC) tenth installment in the Immortal After Dark Series. In the previous book, we left off with several supernatural creatures getting hauled off by a human fanatical organization, The Order, intent on destroying creatures...

Oh man this book is fantastic! Enough betrayals and heart break for anybody who loves a tortured hero. There is absolutely nothing about Malkom that you could hate. He is the perfect hero and Carrow is a terrific heroine. I loved their misadventures and the angst between them. Definitely my fav...
