In this book, there is a comprehensive load assessment of a 3.5KVA inverter, solar panel number determination, battery requirement and inverter sizing. A complete eight (8) solar panel rated at 200W was however used, together with four (4) 12V solar battery, 3.5KVA/48V inverter, a stabilizer and also a solar power controller was made use of. All these were assembled with necessary protective gadgets like cut out switches; to give the 3.5KVA expected. The solar panel was mounted outside the building to allow for maximum collection of sun energy. It is expected that the system will household, and industrial usage relying on self-made electricity.
