More like Detection Extremely Limited.
When I first read them, I loved all of Heyer's detective stories. I particularly liked her incidental romances and, of course, Hemingway. Now that I've read about a third of her romances, the detective stories aren't as fab. Perspective: not always welcome! I miss liking them very much.
