I can see myself rereading this, just to go over the details, however. And there are a lot of important details. There's a lot of politics, and politicking, as well as the main themes of personal liberty and safety, which are shown as mutually exclusive for much of this graphic novel. It takes ...
Yeah, I read this after watching the movie, so sue me.The film was obviously very different so comparisons are pointless. The comic was a good read and did a good job of showing the divide characters felt. But as someone who isn't a regular reader of the various Marvel stories, some of the side plot...
So, yes, I did purchase this because, y'know, Rocket. What with the cybernetic implants in the movie, I was like awesome! And then he was a bit tragic, and I loved him for that. It's been a bit of a minor obsession of mine, too. So when I was buying up all of Newbury Comics, I wasn't inte...
Before this book, I had never read anything about or involving the character Nova. Definitely inferior to the others... Never been a big fan of Bizarro and Batzarro, as reading their dialogue is incredibly annoying.. Hopefully this redeems itself with Volume 5 because other than this one, the rest have been great.
