90% of banal and stereotypical observations, 10% of useful practical advice. It was especially disappointing after an excellent book about plot and structure in the same series.
I'd only rec this if you really needed help on dialogue in specific and still, I think there may be better out there. Best tip is: action, dialogue, narrative and to try to have a balance in each scene. I'm summarizing here. If you want more, buy the book.
