Born and raised on the Canadian prairies, Dianne Greenlay saves lives by day and tells lies by night. By day Dianne is a physiotherapist in a remote clinic in the wilds of Canada and a retired EMT. She writes grand and sweeping historicals by the light of the moon. In addition to being the author of the award winning novels of Quintspinner and Deadly Misfortune, Dianne is Creative Director of Darkhorse Theatre in her community. During the live site research for her 1700's historicals, Dianne hauled sail on a tall ship, snorkeled Caribbean shipwrecks, survived a near fatal swamping of a dinghy by an Orca, got dumped off a surfboard and caught in an ocean riptide. All of which is grist for her novels.
