This book is a good ot have for the older kids as a fun brain break or busy reading. The ATOS book level is 5.4. It is a great free read book and I would lvoe to have this book on the bookshelf for students.
This a popular series within the 3rd to 5th grade range right now. The Lexile level is 950L. I would use this at the beginning of the year or even the first day of school. I really wish I had read this as a kid, I think I would have had a better reaction. As it is, I just kind of sat there and kept raising my eyebrows. "Really? Is that how kids are?"
