I was captivated by this romantic suspense from beginning to end even with the many gory events. It was full of action with a complex plot that moved right along. Archaeologist Sophie was asked to help at a crime scene whose investigation was led by detective Vito.

★★★★★ Very well narrated by Tavia Gilbert; I’ll look for books narrated by her again. A fabulous crime-mystery that still manages to have a great romance within; amazing secondary characters; pleasant epilogue. Be warned, the serial killer is really diabolically evil.
