I'm a self-help junkie. I've been searching for the perfect self-help book, which I know I'll never find. So I take pieces from each book and kind of put them together, in hopes that one day I'll have all the answers. Which again, will never happen. This book in particular, is just like the rest. Wh...
I read this book like 14 years ago and there's still something in my brain that goes back to it. It reminds me not to get upset over things that are little in the grand scheme of life. For me, that speaks to the books message overall.
A great book to read especially on stressful days.

I've been reading this little bits at a time. I was very critical when a friend first recommended this book to me, I like to study psychology and this seemed like psycho pop babble. After a few chapters of reading the e-book, I realized that it's just common sense worded to inspire and remind you ...
Like so many books for self-help, there's a huge disconnect between the ease of stating the philosophy, and the ease of implementing it. Besides the huge disconnect between the imagined problem being solved and the real problems most people face.
This helped me through some difficult months.
