This was an easy and enjoyable read. Not likely to win any major awards but it was entertaining. I found it easy flowing, clever, and held my interest. I thought the ending was a bit contrite. Overall a good mystery with affable characters.
I enjoy Mr. Rosenfelt's writing and this was a good combination of government conspiracy and who-dun-it. I miss the sarcasm and wit that is present in his "Andy Carpenter" books, but a good read none the less. I guess sometimes its just difficult when a favourite author strikes out in a different ve...
Enjoyed it a lot...but it's not an Andy Carpenter book (although Nick, the attorney, could just as well have been Andy).
