A good face paced romantic suspense that kept my attention throughout. It really makes you think about spousal abuse and the affect it has on all relationships involved. Caroline has taken a new identity after running from abusive husband and she is attracted to her new boss Max.
OY VEY...emphasis on "romance". Rose uses the romance dance to prop up this book that was weak to me in EVERY other way. I thought the plot, storyline, characters...hmmm, what else?? were incredibly weak. If I didn't have to finish this book for a challenge, I would have pitched it back to the libra...

I only read Caroline , Max and Winters part I skipped all the rest. This story had to much other unimportant characters.
