Doris Bloodsworth is a veteran journalist and author. Her investigative reporting for the Orlando Sentinel was entered into the Pulitzer Award competition. She also reported for The Wall Street Journal and helped cover the Florida federal courts for Bloomberg News.Bloodsworth founded Crosswords Communications Co. and co-founded the Groveland Florida Historical Museum. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida and lives in Central Florida.
