My name is Doris Wild Helmering. I'm a marriage and family counselor in St. Louis in private practice. I've written eight relationship books, 1,200 newspaper columns, numerous e-booklets, appeared on Oprah three times, had my own segment on television, my own radio show, consulted for a number of fortune five-hundred companies, and have logged over 51,000 hours doing individual, marital, and group therapy. Yikes! As you can see, a lot of my life has been dedicated to helping people set goals, solve problems, and have healthier and happier lives.
