This book is amazing. It is probably one of my top 10 cildrens books. A mix between sci-fi and mystery, this book is pitch perfect. In fact-this book was so good, I HAD to read everything else by Margaret Peterson Haddix.

Interesting concept (I won't spoil it), but it seems as if a lot of the book occurs in the thoughts of the main character, Bethany. I kept going back and re-reading passages to confirm that she didn't actually say something, she only thought it, wanting to say it. This is the second book I've read...

Even though I figured everything out before I got very deep into the book, Double Identity was a good read. Would kids figure everything out? Will the events be troubling, especially to the third graders?
