Doug Anderson has over 30 years sales, marketing and business experience. He has been helping small businesses with the techniques laid out in this book since 2007. As a customer service manager for a previous employer he helped the company grow from 1.2 million dollars in revenue to over 35 million when he left. He and his wife Marjie just celebrated their 30th Anniversary in October 2011. Together they have 2 grown sons and one granddaughter. They reside in a small town just west of Minneapolis Minnesota.Doug is the owner of New Customers Now! Minnesota, a Direct Marketing company. He is an expert at filling local businesses with new customers, getting them to return, and getting them to spend more money each visit.
