Douglas Hicks is Professor in the religion department and Senior Advisor for Academic Initiatives at Colgate University. He formerly served as Colgate's Provost and Dean of the Faculty. From 1998-June 2012, he served as professor of leadership studies and religion at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies of the University of Richmond, in Virginia. Hicks is author of four books--MONEY ENOUGH, WITH GOD ON ALL SIDES, RELIGION AND THE WORKPLACE, and INEQUALITY AND CHRISTIAN ETHICS--and editor of five additional volumes. He has held visiting faculty positions at Union-PSCE in Richmond and the Harvard Divinity School.
