I am a teacher and I LOVE working with students. Currently, I work at Health Sciences High (www.hshsmc.org) and San Diego State University (www.sdsu.edu). I focus my work on improving students' literacy lives. My personal website, shared with my colleague and friend Nancy Frey, is www.fisherandfrey.com. I write to clarify my own thinking and to share what I have learned with teachers around the world.
