This could have been a good book but the heroine was stupid and unlikable. The sex scenes were very graphic and often sick. The bad guy was scary and the hero was smart. I did not like that the daughter's destructive behaviors were never addressed. I won't be reading any more books by Tami Hoag.
This one took a twist near the end that literally made me gasp, and that's rare in a murder mystery.
