FBI Agent Morgan Nash is on assignment in London when his case goes awry and he finds himself moments away from a bullet through the heart. But fate has other plans: Morgan is knocked out pursuing a suspect... and wakes up in 1888.While cataloging ancient manuscripts at the British Museum, Ezra Glacenbie accidentally pulls Morgan out of the twenty-first century--an impromptu vacation that may become permanent for Morgan if they can't locate the spellbook Ezra used. Further hampering Morgan's quest to get home is the irresistible temptation to investigate history's most notorious serial killer. But in repressive Victorian London, the unexpected romance blossoming between Morgan and Ezra becomes the most dangerous complication of all.

It could ...
I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised with this one. I am not a fan of historical romance, but this one actually kept me interested. Maybe Tamara's writing style played a part. Or maybe the Ripper history, something that, as morbid as it is, fascinates me for some strange reason. Perhaps it was be...
Big didn't finish from me. Nash, the FBI agent from the future, just seemed very, very dense about his situation (that of being yanked back in time 100 years by a group of incompetent magicians). He acted as if the entire situation was an inconvenience, like getting stuck at an airport due to a bad ...
September Pick-It-For-Me-Challenge, picked by K.This book was forever on my TBR. Kate managed to find it for my challenge and it really was a story out of my comfort zone. Historical and then ghosts on top of that:) Well, I started reading and couldn't get into it so I put it aside again - until a f...
