One of my favorite books, the world was realistic and detailed enough to entrance me, the characters were my friends! Such a good book!
The book starts out with a young peasant girl, Kale, leaving her birth place being pulled to something greater then even she expected. Kale seems to have a radar for dragon eggs and trouble. She soon finds friends and those that know of her hidden magical talents that are connected to all dragons...
A Christian fantasy book. I quite liked it, but it's very clear that it's the first in a series. Most of the book was spent introducing the reader to the universe and the characters. It was well done, so I didn't mind, but when I stopped to think about it, I kept waiting for the plot to start.
