I have seen E J Stevens name bandied about and even follow her newsletter, so why I haven’t read or reviewed any of her work before surprised me. LOL So I set out to correct that and picked up a review copy of Craven Street, which was released 6.25.19. Amazon / Goodreads MY REVIEW The cover h...

Note: This is a spin off from the Ivy Granger series and works perfectly fine as a stand a lone. Hunting in Bruges is a worthy addition to the urban fantasy genre. I really enjoyed this book. So much fun and intensity! Jenna is an excellent character. She’s got her past and a core set of values, bot...

I loved listening to this one! The characters were well written, and I loved the dialogue between them! While this is my first time reading this series, so I'm missing a lot of back story, I was still able to enjoy listening to this one, and am excited to go back and read more of this series! The na...

*I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Ivy, Ceff, and Torn have returned from Faerie, with the Wild Hunt on their heels. Opening the door and going to Faerie has it's consequences, and the Wild Hunt is one for Ivy. By now you know I'm a suck...

Is Ivy getting weaker and stupider with each book?

Getting a bit tired of Ivy bumbling around. She's constantly surprised at information she should already know, but she's too stubborn to educate herself. I'm really wondering how the hell she's managed to run a PI business when she's so damn clueless about the world around her.

I just ate a cannabis edible and my fingers feel too fat to type on this tiny keyboard and the insides of my ears feel really hot so I'm obviously in no shape to formulate any sort of rational review for this book.I'm glad they got to fuck, tho.

A fun Urban Fantasy that skirts the edges of my standards. Things are not going well at the offices of Private Eye. Jinx is having demon problems, the city is overrun with pyromaniacal imps, and Ivy's wisp powers are burning out of control, attracting the attention of both the Seelie and Unseelie...

Note: Even though this is Book 4 in the series, I think it works mostly OK as a stand alone. Ivy Granger, paranormal PI for Harborsmouth, is in hiding. Supposedly she’s dead and she doesn’t want to let her enemies know otherwise. But she needs to work in order to buy groceries. A simple wispy job wi...

*I requested this book from the author or narrator for an honest review. Ivy is known to the Faerie world as dead. This grants Ivy time to find her father, learn to control her wisp powers, and get her name cleared with the Faerie Council. Then she can get back to work to earn money again. Ivy and J...
