Pretty standard fare for a young favourite in a pre-Olympic year: family support, hard training, competition ups and downs, some nice photos. Written a decade too soon, that's all that's wrong with it.
I would not recommend this one, unless you like juicy non-fiction filled with rumors. It's not all bad though, and I did like reading it.
