Edwin H. Boswell is the leader of PwC's US Advisory People and Change practice. In this role, Dr. Boswell is responsible for leading a team of practitioners who help clients deal with critical human resource issues such as leadership development, succession planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, and HR transformation. He is based in PwC's Boston office.Previously, Dr. Boswell served as president and chief executive officer of The Forum Corporation where he advised senior executive teams involved in major organizational transformation initiatives. Among Ed's major clients were Merck, DuPont, GSK, BNY Mellon, and Irving Oil. Prior to joining Forum in 1989, he led sales and service teams at IBM and served as an organizational consultant for Human Systems. A recognized leader in the field of performance improvement, Ed is a frequent speaker on issues relating to leadership, strategy execution, and organizational performance. He recently co-authored Strategic Speed: Mobilize People, Accelerate Execution (Harvard Business Press, June 2010).Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master's and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as The Wharton School Certificate in Business Administration.
