This review was originally posted on One Curvy BloggerTo be honest, The Darkest Pleasure is the one book in Showalter’s Lord of the Underworld series that I wasn’t ecstatic to read. Not because I don’t like Reyes and Danika, but because I think the whole situation View Spoiler » just sucks and I fee...

Reyes has got to be the most tortured hero i have ever come across. I am so glad he got his HEA.My favourite of the series so far. I am now moving swiftly on to The Darkest Whisper. “When you do, just remember that he is a warrior with a tortured past you cannot even imagine. If you want him, you’ll...

Opening Line: "Reyes stood on the roof of the Budapest fortress, five stories up, his feet balanced precariously on the highest ledge." This is book 3 in the fantastic and addictive Lords Of The Underworld Series and this time it's is all about Reyes, an immortal warrior cursed after opening Pandora...

There is nothing like a stormy wintery weekend to catch up on my reading. Lately I haven't been reading as frequently as before. Things keep getting in my way. But as it seems the weather and this amazing series has brought me back to myself :) Another great book in the series. I really enjoyed th...

I didn't like the first book much then the second book became a lot more interesting and then this book just didn't hook me in. I think I might be losing my love for the Paranormal Romances. :( Now, off to finish all the Paranormal romances on my shelf. :( I'm hoping the rest of the books I have are...

Oh Reyes, I knew id love him from his introduction in the first book and damn, the story built nicely from book 1 till now.I thouroughly enjoyed him and Danika's path, and the twists and bumps and issues they had to face together, and I can say this one was FANTASTIC
Blacky's World of Rainbows and Unicorns
"He was dark, she was light. He was anguish, she was innocence. He was wrong for her in every way, and yet, when she looked at him, his entire world felt right."Another great book from the LOTU series, finally we get Reyes's story and it was awesome :)))Danika is still on the run from the Lords, and...

I really liked certain parts of this book but, for me, in places it dragged slightly. I know I'm going against popular opinion here but remember that PNR isn't my favourite genre! The POV changes were well done. I think these are quite risky as it can sometimes slow the pace and often, it turns ...

I was hoping we'd learn more about Danika and this book doesn't disappoint. This book is about Reyes who houses Pain. These books are turning into quite the quest/treasure hunt. It will be interesting to see where the rest of the series goes! I hope the book with Paris's story comes quickly after wh...

At this point I can now confirm that my enjoyment of book 2 was not a fluke, and the first book of this series really was THAT bad. Even with my fear that other books in The Lord of the Underworld series might be bad, the fact was I wasn't really interested in Reye's story. His demon is pain, and I ...
