Elaine Togneri has over twenty-nine published short stories in markets ranging from webzines and anthologies (Blood on Their Hands, The Rich and the Dead) to major magazines (Woman's World). She is also published in non-fiction and poetry. Elaine holds an MA in English from Rutgers University and has taught courses in English Composition, Technical Writing, and Short Fiction. She is a member of FWA, MWA, and SinC. The founder and a past president of the Sisters in Crime - Central New Jersey chapter, Elaine relocated to Florida in 2007.
