I don't like teenagers and children in books so much. And this one reminded me again why that is. It was not badly written and had an interesting angle on "elementals" - but then again, the whole "power of an elemental" has been done before and after (and well done) and so it doesn't feel as origi...
Well, this one was very short. To the point I was in no way ready for it to end. I just wanted it to keep going, to see what happened to Emily & Michael, because dayam is the reader left hanging at the end. If this novella (or short, I guess) is a ploy to get readers to need to read on in the series...
I didn't know what to think of this book. It sounded awesome as blurb, and it was, though the characters where a bit confusing, even though it was a 0.5, I felt like I missed a story, missed a something important. But other then that, I liked the characters, though it was a bit lame how the fell for...
Not a good start. The concept is interesting, but the development felt rushed and there were huge gaps in the storyline.I think that 2.05$ for this (Amazon) is a robbery: this novella should be distributed for free. But I'm going to be patient and go on with the series.

Later I was traveling and while in the airport I read this short and by the end I was already buying Storm, and then Fearless and Spark s...

It was recommended that I read this before Storm so I did, I do like the premise, and I think it is the perfec...
Oh man i wish there was more... Michael is my favorite Merrick Brother and it was so good to see something written from his point of view.Whats worse is despite the ending of this novella we all know that Michael doesn't get his happy ending.. his life becomes even more screwed up. I wish his brot...
Read this review on my blog! --> Book TravelsThis book gave me an insight on Michael thoughts and his reasons for being over protective at times with the rest of the Merrick brothers. I liked him after Storm and how he handled with the boys, but this book explained so much about the past and he’s a ...
