Elizabeth is a specialist in cross cultural management and communication studies; an Honorary Associate of Macquarie University, Sydney, and Senior Associate of a leadership consultancy in the USA. After many years in the private sector she taught in universities in Australia, India, Japan, Turkey, the UK and the USA. She presents papers at international conferences; reviews for international journals; and has published widely in her field. She was a fellow of the East-West Center, Honolulu, and remains a part-time Faculty member of the Japan-American Institute of Management Science in Hawai'i.
