I have been trying to succeed at being a writer now for about two years. It hasn't happened.Do you know what has happened? My special needs daughter has graduated from physical and occupational therapy! Yay, Ashley!While there is always a lot going on in my life, I am finally at a place where I can hopefully concentrate more on my writing.I am a stay at home mommy to 9 and 10 year old girls. They are my main priority. I love being their mommy.I had an editor that I worked with for the first two years. She literally just up and disappeared in 11/2013. Because of this, I didn't get the final book in my series released when I thought I would. After two months of no contact, I found a new editor.Step by step, I am working on this crazy journey. With every step I have learned. Some of the lessons have been hard won, but I accept them as part of this journey.I hope that someday I will achieve a measure of success. That measure will be my own though.
