This was my least favourite book in the Lang Heart Series. Lettie has had a horrendous first marriage. Her childhood was not much better. A life of no love, touching, hugs or affection is interupted by only her best friend Angelica. Shane Murphy has spent much of his adult life trying to run away...
Two seriously wounded people who managed not to chase each other off and with some gumption, help from their friends, and a spirit were able to heal and find happiness. It was a good conclusion to the trilogy. I found a few things slightly farfetched but otherwise an entertaining read.
