The premise was interesting but the actual story didn't really catch my attention as I would have liked it. If I hadn't been listening to it in audiobook I would have probably scrapped the book since it's so slow building and the characters could be a little grating with their issues and behavior. I...

The ending made me smile. It was cute and a little weird, just like Jae and Kelly. I also really love Jae-sun's name. It took me a minute to realize why he's named that. Jae-sun, Jason. There were parts of this book that made me want to hit one or the other of them: Jae for not telling Kelly ...

If you like a lot of melodrama, cheesy one-liners, eye-rolling moments, stupid character decisions, characters acting like children, and just an overall dull story, this book might be for you! There were a few exciting moments, but in general I couldn't care less about any of the characters. It's kin...

Very sweet story. Predictable and formulaic in some ways but the characters were original and each one was separate and real to me. My favorite was Will. I want to see a book just with him in it.

Even though I wasn't able to finish this book, I can't really say it's bad. I just had zero interest in how the story would unfold, so at 70% I finally stopped forcing myself to continue reading.

3,5 stars. Nice read, a little to neurotic for me, but a good read.

Again, I need that damned half star, because I want to rate this at 4.5 stars. *grumble* Anyway, I read this because Heidi Cullinan, whose opinion I respect very much, had this book classified as one of her absolute favourites. The characters are lovely. Kelly with all his quirks, phobias and se...

ZAM is a bit hit and miss for me. I've loved some books, and not been able to finish others. This was a 'could not finish'. I'm not really sure what it was that made this a miss - I just couldn't connect with any of the characters and the story just dragged. There was some genuinely funny moments bu...

I had a difficult time with this story. It just kind of moved along slowly with nothing very gripping hapoening. I really enjoyed Kelly in the beginning when he was by himself or with the wonderful Will. However, when he connected with Jae, his whole dimeanor changed. I had a difficult time conn...

2.5 starsThis is a tough one to rate... It was slow paced and kind of boring at times, but it also managed to make me smile now and then.It was not an entirely boring or bad read, but nevertheless, it didn't really manage to capture my interest all that much. I didn't feel the urge to read the book ...
