Eric Schwartzman is the best-selling coauthor of Social Marketing to the Business Customer, the first book devoted exclusively to B2B social media communications. He's been conducting live social media training programs to accelerate digital literacy in the workplace since 2004 and just introduced online social media training this year.He is also the technology entrepreneur behind iPressroom, a start-up he founded that develops a proprietary software service for managing external communications, which I sold in 2010.
