Erin McRae and Racheline Maltese's gay romance series Love in Los Angeles, set in the film and television industry, is published by Torquere Press. The first novel, Starling, will be released September 2014; its sequel, Doves, is scheduled for January 2015.Erin McRae is a writer and blogger based in Washington, D.C. She owns several pieces of paper from distinguished universities, including a Master's degree in International Affairs from American University, which qualify her to have lengthy and passionate discussions about the microeconomics of Tunisia. She also engages in lengthy and passionate discussions about troop movements during the American Civil War, though she concedes that no piece of paper gives her permission to do so. She delights in using her knowledge of international relations theory to her fiction and screen-based projects, because conflict drives narrative.

Michael's penchant for being a drama prince aside -- this follow-up to May/December relationship between two theater actors is still as angst-free as the previous novella. The main plot in Twelfth Night is John's coming out progress to his friends and family as someone who is now in a queer relation...

Midsummer is practically an angst-free M/M contemporary novella. I enjoyed the setting -- Theater in the Woods brings a kind of mystical feel to the whole story, because our H/H can take a walk into the woods, going to a lake, heck, even finding out a skull (yes, a skull, and no this is not a murder...
