This was a good book, but the butt play ruined it for me. I find it a huge turnoff and it's completely unsexy to me. I really wish books had a warning system for that. Also the use of the c-word for female genitalia really gets to me. Those things brought my rating down. Reviewed for Bitten by Books...
So good! I love how multiple story lines are intertwining. I love how this book kept me sitting in my car listening even after I reached my destination. Bronwyn is an awesome Chickie! And Lucian knows he is truly lucky to have her.
Alright once again Ms Wright has blown me away with the Roman Brothers. Especially my baby Lucian aka Luca ;)But I fear I must give this one just the 4 stars because although this is another suspenseful, sexy, erotic, heartfelt read, I felt the ending of this one came too quickly. Certain things wer...

4.5 StarsLaura Wright continues her captivating paranormal romance series, Mark of the Vampire, with another sexy and thrilling addition in Eternal Captive! Lucian Roman cannot escape his heritage, the heritage passed down from his father, of the Breeding Male. When the veana who fed from him, and s...
Eternal Captive was a pretty decent read. I hadn't read the previous two books in the series so I was a little lost. I wished I had read the previous two books so that I could have the full picture but the plot was easy enough to follow. Thankfully there's a glossary at the beginning of the book tha...
Holy wow. This book was really, really good. I'm so glad I didn't give up on this series, because each book has gotten progressively better.Lucian is the youngest of the Roman brothers, and he is destined to follow in his father's footsteps as the next Breeding Male. He'd rather die than live as suc...
From the bat Eternal Captive put me through a maelstrom of emotions. Luca touched me in ways I didn’t think he would and his romance with Bronwyn just shook me to my core – in all the good ways! In the previous stories of Mark of the Vampire series there were encounters between Luca and Bronwyn that...
Despite an overdone genre, this series kept me engaged enough to read the first three books. The story line won't linger in my head days (or even hours) later, but the polished writing and entertaining characters compelled me to add the series to my watch list. I'll catch the next one (coming Aug 20...
