For centuries mystical creatures of all description were gathered into a hidden refuge called Fablehaven to prevent their extinction. The sanctuary survives today as one of the last strongholds of true magic. Enchanting? Absolutely. Exciting? You bet. Safe? Well, actually, quite the opposite. Kendra...
“Drink the milk.”2.5 to 3 stars. This was certainly a long read for me, which tends to either mean I really loved it or it just dragged nonstop painfully for me. Unfortunately, I'm the later with this book. I really wanted to love and adore this book like the librarian I'm helping did, but while I di...
2.5 StarsI thought this was okay, but I wasn't a big fan. I don't really read middle grade books though, so maybe I just didn't relate to it.~Review coming soon!~

It was pretty good with interesting enough story. Seth and Kendra were okay but pretty much only them. Seth and Kendra are staying with their odd grandparents while their parents are away. Their grandparents run Fablehaven, a sanctuary for the good fairies and creatures and a prison for the evildeat...
