I think it's probably the fact that I haven't read any Jack comics, but this Fable lost me a little. The idea of the literals is interesting but I felt that suddenly huge chunks of story around Kevin Thorn were skipped (again, probably in the Jack stories) meaning I spend half of my time reading thi...

I was underwhelmed by this. I do love the literals and had fun seeing the Genres. There were some other fun moments, but I'm looking forward at getting back to the regular Fables storyline.

Great volume, and I feel a new beginning for things maybe in the storyline.. This one is the lengthiest to date however, but it went fairly fast.
