My Thoughts:I liked the new people coming to start trouble. It gives the series a new information about the past from some very well know characters as Amelie and Oliver. Plus Mr.Bishop sounds like pure evil, and some changes made this series a lot more action than the first books. Claire as always...

Rachel Caine has done it again. She starts FEAST OF FOOLS like she does the other books in the Morgenville Vampire series - right in the middle of the action which grabs you by the hair, yanks you in, and won’t let go until the story is over.At the end of MIDNIGHT ALLEY, the foursome living in the ...

I was a little worried about reading this one, since Claire made me so mad in the last one. I understand that she's 16, but she did some crazy stupid stuff in the last book. I'm glad that she didn't really do stupid things in this one, if she had I would have given up on this series. It's been a whi...

This review is also posted at: ADDICTED to WORDS REVIEWSJust when Claire thought things were getting back to normal in comes in Mr. Bishop, Amelie's father. Who makes oliver and Amelie put together like kittens. It seems he might want revenge of some kind from something Amelie had done to him in the...

The Bishop is dangerous, threatening and powerful...And we open the book basically in the same situation. Big threatening bad guy and Claire's parents hanging round. And then...

In the fourth book so far (out of a guaranteed 13 [!!!] novel series), there's a bit of a mix-up to the well-tread paths these stories all seem to take: danger/uncertainty in Morganville, such trouble that only Claire and her rag-tag band of misfits can fix. In Feast of Fools an unforeseen and compl...

The Morganville Vampires series from start to finish reads as one long novel. The end of one is the beginning of another. They have continuing plot arcs or a new plot arc just for the one book. And an integration of old and new characters. There is no valid reason why you should get bored reading it...

3.5Schade, dass der Anfang so langatmig war, die zweite Hälfte war wesentlich besser und spannender! Allerdings wieder ein Cliffhanger! :/ *Nägelkauend Band 5 schnapp*
