At work so I’ll do a full review when I get home. Here’s the short and simple: - hollow, stereotypical characters - sexism that made me uncomfortable - too quick and undeveloped resolution - Diesel is amazing
This is more like a 2.5 star read, but I'm giving it the benefit of the extra 1/2 because I love Diesel. I didn't like the way Charlie came across in this book. And the victim was such a tool he deserved what he got!!
If you're looking for a polite, genteel cozy-mystery, you like cats and libraries, this series might be worth checking out.
