The Little Shop of Hopes and Dreams is a nice easy read but the characters are a bit flat and the storyline is a bit too silly - even for a bit of fluffy, glittery chick-lit. However, it's exactly what I expected it to be and whiled away a couple of hours while I didn't have anything else to do.
