Ever wonder what Waterworld would have been like with supervillains in it? Yeah, me neither. In the second instalment of The Reckoners, David Charleston has become Steelslayer: killer of Epics. Which means that Newcago, whilst freed from tyranny, has regular visits from Epics intent on killing Steels...

Another enjoyable read, didn't lead where I was expecting which was nice and I rather enjoyed our outcast crew member showing up again. Ended on a high note, very much looking forward to the next book.

Read by Tiffany - Great continuation of the story from Steelheart, but there are references to a major fight in the intervening time which seems to have been e-published only, which is mildly irritating but not story breaking. So funny, still playing with David's lack of metaphor / simile skill. G...

Not bad, David discovers that not everything about the epics is black and white, visits New York which is now Babylon Restored and has to face several epics.
