Yikes, 12 days in to the new year, and I'm just now finishing my first book of the year? I had trouble getting into a book, but I'm glad I stuck with this one. I've only recently discovered Rosenfelt and am enjoying his voice and getting to know his characters.

I really liked this one! Andy has to defend his girlfriend for the murder of a corrupt cop. All kinds of intrigue ensues!

I did not care for the first book in this series but decided to try again since so many of you enjoy it. Liked this much better but hope that the plots start living up to the characters that Rosenfelt has created.
