Actual rating: 3.5 stars.I think. *squirm* Oh god, this... was painful and I ended up disliking Artur a lot. Plus, I mean, you know, politics and crap, and Fred was so miserable I was like miserable by association... or something... But anyway, I loved Thomas's brief point of view. Oh god, oh god it...

I absolutely loved this one. I think it may be my favorite of the whole series because it ended the way I wished it would from the beginning. I am very sad that there are no more Fred the Mermaid books. She is a one of a kind character and I will miss new adventures into her life.

A satisfying end to the series. I've enjoyed reading about Fred and her adventures. For someone who loved the movie "Splash" and mermaids when I was a kid, I was happy to find this series. Need more books about mermaids (I've run into a few books about selkies, but not mermaids)!

I'm so sad that this is the end of this series. A fun a quick read, Fred has me laughing out loud. She is my kind of girl, a don't hold back smart-ass!! Fred has such a wild ride and 2 guys chasing her, and she doesn't even know if she wants one :-) With her best friend Jonas marrying her ex-boss Ba...

I kind of love Fred the mermaid. A cute story and well written, Davidson writes with a good sense of humor.

Blurb from book:Fred the Mermaid has taken the bait and chosen to date Artur, Prince of the Black Sea, over human marine biologist Thomas. And just in time. The existence of the Undersea Folk is no longer a secret, and someone needs to keep them from floundering in the media spotlight. Fred has all ...

Fred the mermaid is always so much fun! Forget the rather ordinary vampire queen created by the same author. Grumpiest mermaid ever and marine biologist Dr. Frederika Brimm, her metrosexual best friend Jonas, her hippy parents, the Undersea Folk including hunky Prince Artur and his SciFi-loving dad ...

Gah! Fred, what are you? Naive? Dumb? This third installment with Fred had my eyes rolling. Fred can't decide on a man. She wants her cake and eat it too. Her deadbeat dad complete with psychotic girlfriend comes back into her life. If there is one thing I've learned, people who prize purebr...
