by Robin Cook
I finally finished this book. It took all my willpower not to stop reading, and I only continued because I was waiting to see Jack and Laurie get into the action (I've read all of his other books with those characters up to this point). Unfortunately, that didn't happen until very late in the book...
This is definitely NOT Robin Cook's best book. However, I did find it enjoyable enough. Even though it is a thick book, it seems to be missing some "meat." The topic seemed really interesting to me, I wish he had gone into more of the medical and sociological aspects of the medical tourism industry....
Fun read, but not my favorite of the Robin Cook thrillers. Seemed just a tad predictable to me.
One of his best in my opinion.
