I really wanted to like this one because I am a TOTAL sucker for the "reunited love" trope, but this one just fell totally flat for me. Everything felt plug and play - from the stilted dialog to same well worn plot. Sorry. Just didn't work.
Entertaining but shallow. Characters are somewhat likable, but the storyline just posed too many questions. Well written and good as a filler between series. I think fans of Molly McAdams will enjoy this.
How do I feel about this book? Well, first I want to say that I've read it before. Not just once, many times. I already knew everything that will happen. This story is the bane of my book existence because it's so predictable. I keep waiting for authors to do something different with the secret baby...
