My sister got this for my husband for Christmas (we did it early since we won't see them in Dec). This was funny and a nice way for pass some time. As usual, some poems were much better then others.

A very cute book filled with adorable cat pictures and lots of silly cat advice. It is definitely good for a few cat-related laughs and will remind any cat owner to ponder the basic question, "Why did I ever get a cat?" I liked Marciuliano's poetry more, because of the uniqueness that format present...

Love it! This book is adorable, humorous, and entertaining. It also makes me glad that I have a full-grown cat instead of a kitten. The various poems were very creative and cover many different topics, such as exploration, cat-dog relationships, and the incessant need of felines to sit on a lap at a...

I've wanted to read this for a few years now and I was able to pick it up at the library sale last weekend, which is the perfect place to find such a book. Middling poetry, cute cat pics (is there any other kind?). Some of the poems were unexpectedly touching, like 'Something's Wrong' but most ar...

I love all the poem books written/made by Francesco Marciuliano, so I was very delighted when I found out there would be a new one.At first glance I thought it would be a repeat of the first book or maybe a bundle with the best poems, but then I found out it was a new book. With new poems. With new ...

This is a hilarious little book of poetry. A great book for cat lovers or just those of us who have to put up with living with a cat. This book gives cat's inner thoughts, whether it's the joys of catnip or the annoyance of hairball and dealing with other pets. A quick read filled with creative poem...

I spotted this on my library's Overdrive site, and decided it was cute, and thought it would be a quick read, so I borrowed it. It was an adorable little book of poetry, all from cats' points-of-view. Cats and kittens, that is. The poems attempt to explain what cats are thinking when they do the ...

This book counted as my challenge book of short stories. Garfield's Poem: Bigger Cat I'm not fat, I'm big boned. I'm not fat, I'm a bigger breed. I'm not fat, it's just more hair I'm not fat, it's just more muscle I'm not fat, it's only winter weight I'm not fat, it's only a trick of the eye I'm...

The first thing that I noticed when I looked at the reviews for this book on Goodreads is the number of cat pictures that have been used (which is not surprising for an amusing book by, for, and about cats). Well, I guess I am going to have to add to the fun with some that I have found, such as this...

Finally, the inner thoughts of cats are explained in brief koan-like bursts of meowness. Ahhh, the elusiveness of metaphor and laser-light!
